It's currently recommended that you don't use the SVN, as there are major architectural changes taking place!

To checkout the latest SVN version use :

svn co http://www.observernms.org/svn/observer/trunk .

You can then keep it up to date by using

svn up

Watch out for config changes (config.php.default) and MySQL schema changes (mysql-schema.sql)
